So, all the designers at Apple have suddenly forgotten how to design?
Abandoned every standard overnight?
Is it really that hard to imagine they’re designing for a future we haven’t caught up with yet?
I had no intention of writing about Liquid Glass, but now I see why they’re experimenting in this direction — especially in how we interact with digital environments.
I definitely share the concerns around accessibility. Still, I can’t ignore the feeling that these early steps are paving the way for a new kind of interaction — and a new era of innovation we’re only beginning to imagine.
The whole Liquid Glass vibe reminds me of Minority Report, where Tom Cruise moves through translucent, floating interfaces in mid-air.
